We are seeking a litigation lawyer to join our team in Nuremberg. You will be part of a highly specialised litigation team that handles a wide range of complex cases.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct independent management of civil court proceedings in first and second instances

- Attend court hearings and communicate with courts, parties involved in the proceedings, and clients

- Contribute to the strategic management of complex cases and implement them

- Analyse civil procedural issues and develop solutions for individual cases

- Completed law studies with average success

- Interest in conflict resolution

- Strong communication skills
