## Description

We're seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team at Okta. You'll design, refine, and optimise our Customer Success Management Systems to maximise Net Revenue Retention (NRR).

Your responsibilities will include:

- Establishing operations rigor and standards across the CX organisation

- Partnering with Global Operations to define and maintain strict consistency across processes

- Governing the operating rhythm of the CX organisation

- Optimising management systems and enabling cross-functional handoffs

- Maintaining customer lifecycle visibility and mitigating risk

- Driving a shift to leading metrics and preparing executive read-outs

- Managing documentation lifecycles and capacity planning

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 7+ years of experience in GTM operations, customer success operations, or revenue operations

- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with CS platforms like Gainsight

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills

- A deep understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and enterprise software lifecycle

- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- A growth mindset with an appetite for constant improvement and change management
