Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stane Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and drive sales growth.

You'll be a key ambassador for M&S, confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to customers, utilizing digital tools to enhance the shopping experience, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace

- Meeting strong customer demand

- Utilizing digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices

- Working across various areas of the store

- Adapting to changing demands

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be resilient, committed, and digitally confident, with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

**Working Hours:** Sun 1000 - 1900 Sat 0800 - 1630

**Flexibility:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
