## Description

We are seeking a Business Engineer to join our Producer Relations team at Vattenfall Eldistribution AB. As a Business Engineer, you will be a key player in developing and strengthening our ability to meet customer needs. You will have key account responsibility for a portfolio of existing customers and manage initial phases of new connection requests.

Your main tasks will include:

- Acting as a key account manager for your own customer portfolio with a focus on electricity network-related issues

- Representing customer needs in connection cases from start to finish

- Handling all commercial issues with customers

- Building long-term relationships by acting as an advisor in customer dialogue

- Actively participating in development projects and contributing to new ways of working

- Collaborating cross-functionally both internally and externally for the best possible results

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, curious, proactive, and thrives in an organization where change is natural. Your communication and relationship-building skills are crucial in creating trust and clarity in dialogue with customers and colleagues.

Requirements include:

- Relevant university education, such as engineering or economics

- Experience working in infrastructure, preferably related to electricity networks or adjacent industries

- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

- Comfortable representing in internal and external contexts

- Understanding of technical systems and experience with cost calculations

- Experience working with solar/wind power or energy storage is meritorious
