## Description

This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during periods of absence, and maintain customer relationships across large and small format off-premise stores.

### Responsibilities

The Sales Trainee role focuses on several key areas:

- **Training**: This is a training role aimed at preparing you for the Account Sales Manager position. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.

- **Business Acumen**: You will learn about Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including the brand and products. Your tasks will include building and protecting the Red Bull brand, ensuring proper product rotation, and establishing friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.

- **Daily Preparation**: You will need to obtain necessary tools and insights to execute the daily plan, communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers, and train with them.

- **In Route Support**: You will contribute to the global strategy for in-store execution, covering Account Sales Manager routes as needed, and meeting daily KPIs related to sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.

- **Off Route Support**: You will assist the team with audits, merchandising, and building displays to drive sales growth.

### Requirements

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is beneficial

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous
