## Description

Anthropic is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to serve as a dedicated communications partner to the Product organization.

The Internal Communications Manager will operate as an advisor, embedding themselves deeply in the organization, earning a seat at the leadership table, writing on behalf of executives, and anticipating the organization's communications needs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing internal communications strategies for the Product organization

- Serving as a hands-on advisor to executives, helping them craft key messages and communications

- Translating complex technical work into compelling narratives for employees

- Anticipating communications needs and developing plans for launches, incidents, and organizational changes

- Designing and implementing strategies to boost signal and reduce noise

- Planning and executing internal events like all-hands and AMAs

- Exercising sound judgment with sensitive material

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in communications or an adjacent field, exceptional writing skills, and experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Strong candidates may also have experience communicating about product, engineering, security, infrastructure, or other technical domains, and may have worked at AI companies or frontier tech companies.

The annual compensation range for this role is $265,000-$295,000 USD.
