## Description

We are seeking a Test Manager to spearhead the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines, driving innovation and operational excellence. You will harness cutting-edge technology to build and manage robust, scalable and secure infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.

- Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promotion of a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.

- Staying informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contributing to the organisation's technology communities.

- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure secure software solutions.

- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

- Planning resources, budgets, and policies; managing and maintaining policies/processes; delivering continuous improvements.

- Demonstrating leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.

- Creating solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought and comparative analysis.

**Requirements**

- Proven ability to drive quality engineering practices, automation standards, code reviews, and testing governance.

- Strong grasp of software testing concepts, methodologies, test strategy, planning, defect management, and QA processes.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models, using test management tools such as Jira.

- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for API, UI, and end-to-end testing.

- Core Java, with a focus on automation framework development and test engineering best practices.

- Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Karate, and other modern test automation tools.

- SQL for backend validation and testing.

- Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, and GitLab.

**Nice to Have**

- Exposure to performance and resilience testing methodologies.

- Experience with modern test reporting, monitoring, and quality dashboards.

- Familiarity with Shift-Left testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
