## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Director, North American B2B Secular Shift Program Operations to drive key vertical activities.

The Director will be responsible for:

- Driving execution of the North American B2B Secular Shift Vertical Strategy

- Establishing and facilitating the cadence of activities that drive both alignment and milestone achievement

- Building and maintaining clear and predictive KPI reporting

The Director will also facilitate initiatives that increase card adoption, activation, spend and acceptance at scale. They will collaborate with Sales, Channels, and Partnerships to embed card-led strategies into acquisition and portfolio management.
