## Description

We are seeking a Legal Trainee to join our Global M&A and Capital (GMAC) practice in Riyadh. As a national of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) with a bachelor's degree in law from a KSA university, you will work on high-profile transactions, gaining exposure to various areas of commercial law.

Responsibilities and deliverables:

- Work on a wide variety of transactions for clients, supervised by experienced lawyers

- Provide legal support for high-profile transactions

- Contribute to developing and deepening relationships with existing key clients

- Assist with research, translations, business development, knowledge management, and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- KSA national

- Completed bachelor's degree in law at a KSA university

- Registered or willing to register for a training licence with the Saudi Ministry of Justice as a Legal Trainee

- Strong academic record and qualifications

- Good technical and commercial background

- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Confident, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent client service

- Flexible and proactive approach with a professional attitude under pressure

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and broaden experience in legal and related non-legal activities
