## Description

Ford is seeking a Digital HRBP Specialist to join their team in Madrid. The successful candidate will work closely with all business areas, supporting talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. They will also drive digital transformation and process automation within the HR department.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize employee movements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with workflows.

- Coordinate employee benefit programs, manage executive pension plans, and oversee HR operational processes.

- Lead HR digitalization by designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate, Power BI, Forms, and building internal solutions and applications with Power Apps.

- Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into HR processes to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Design, structure, and maintain collaboration portals and document repositories in SharePoint.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 years of progressive professional experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Administration roles within the Spanish labor framework.

- Proven ability to analyze manual processes, propose improvements, and implement automation using AI-based tools.

- Strong ability to work cross-functionally, connect with diverse stakeholders, and act as a bridge between business needs and HR technology solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Profile:

- University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or Engineering/Technology fields applied to business management.

- Postgraduate qualification in Digital HR or People Analytics, including verifiable technical training in AI tools, is highly valued.

- Hands-on experience in building workflows with Power Automate and developing low-code applications with Power Apps.

- Advanced use and administration of SharePoint collaboration environments.

- Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to productivity and data analysis.

- Strong English proficiency (minimum C1).

Additional Information:

- This position is based in Madrid, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Madrid office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
