## Description

We’re looking for a TechSupport Engineer based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home.

As a TechSupport Engineer, you will assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping. You will provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our London office, ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably, handle inbound support requests, and be a friendly first point of contact for the team. Additionally, you will run IT onboarding calls for new joiners, contribute to Tech Ops initiatives, build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work, and write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides.
