## Description

Ramp is seeking a Fraud Operations Manager to build and lead a team of Fraud Operations Specialists. The successful candidate will execute fraud detection and prevention strategies across all of Ramp's products.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and build a team of Fraud Operations Specialists

- Develop a deep understanding of Ramp's risk management policies

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to build risk tooling

- Collaborate with risk strategy teams to create a closed-loop process

- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate and prioritize solutions

- Research emerging fraud trends

- Coordinate and respond to incidents

- Partner with Customer Support to educate customers on fraud prevention

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management

- Minimum 2 years of experience building and managing teams

- Strong background in process development and improvement

- Investigative and critical thinking skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience integrating AI into daily work

- Experience within consumer/corporate/small business cards, payments, invoices, lending, or related industries
