## Description

We are seeking a BIM Technician to join our team in Pasig City, National Capital Region, Philippines.

As a BIM Technician, you will play a crucial role in preparing general arrangement drawings and RC detailing with bar bending schedules. You will ensure that drawings comply with specific project design brief instructions and WSP Standards and QA Procedures. Additionally, you will conduct reinforcement bar quantity estimates, prepare structural General Arrangement, reinforced concrete, and structural steelwork drawings, and perform technical Revit operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing general arrangement drawings and RC detailing with bar bending schedules

- Ensuring drawings comply with project design brief instructions and WSP Standards and QA Procedures

- Conducting reinforcement bar quantity estimates

- Preparing structural General Arrangement, reinforced concrete, and structural steelwork drawings

- Performing technical Revit operations

- Collaborating and coordinating with other disciplines

- Adhering to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria

- Following BIM content standards and development procedures

- Printing drawing sets for professional teams and attending discipline reviews

- Exporting DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally

- Performing quality drawing checks as required

- Informing team leads and clients about the progress and status of work

- Assisting more senior BIM Technicians and Coordinators with task analysis and problem-solving

- Building an understanding of basic discipline-based design concepts

- Participating in training activities to extend and share knowledge

- Gaining an appreciation for various project technology tools required for digital project delivery

- Complying with all role-specific SHEQ obligations

- Developing awareness of project delivery risk and mitigation techniques

Requirements:

- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related course

- Knowledge of Revit Structures, AutoCAD, and Dynamo

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Excellent English, verbal and written

Preferred qualifications and skills:

- Expertise in Dynamo with skills in parametric modelling/design, data transferring, manipulation and analysis, and interoperability with different engineering software exchange

- Programming skills in Python, C++, or C#

- Experience in structural modelling and detailing of reinforced concrete and steel structures

- Experience with BIM360, BIM360 docs, and ProjectWise

- Ability to work as a team player with various personalities and situations while remaining professional and outcome-focused

- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with clients, management teams, office team members, colleagues, and consultants
