## Description

Cloudflare is growing its People team and is looking for a trusted business partner who is naturally curious about what the company does and driven to help its people thrive. As a Principal People Team Business Partner - GTM, you will report to the Senior Director, GTM People Team Business Partner and support strategic initiatives, partnering closely with Go-To-Market leaders.

You will develop and implement proactive solutions for a broad scope of activities, ensuring alignment on initiatives and priorities, maintaining open and transparent lines of communication, and keeping teams thriving and well-supported.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 12 years of experience on a People/HR team, with at least 5 years as a business partner. You have a successful history of developing strong relationships and operating effectively through virtual support and in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing proactive solutions for a broad scope of activities

- Ensuring alignment on initiatives and priorities

- Maintaining open and transparent lines of communication

- Keeping teams thriving and well-supported

- Serving as a strategic partner with strong client partnership based in business acumen

- Focusing on organisational design, talent management, and driving initiatives and change leadership

Requirements:

- Minimum 12 years of experience on a People/HR team

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a business partner

- Successful history of developing strong relationships and operating effectively through virtual support and in a distributed environment

- Ability to link HR Strategy to business outcomes

- Business-first mindset, always looking for ways to enable the business to meet its goals

- Entrepreneurial spirit, always looking for ways to innovate, improve, and operate independently

- Experience participating in large-scale change initiatives

- Keen business acumen and a track record of partnering closely with business leaders

- Ability to articulate how People teams bring value to an organisation

- Experience building scalable programs from the ground up

- Influencer that leads with empathy

- Skilled in implementing workforce plans, leveraging subject matter experts, and network to enable programmatic solutions

- Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
