## Description

We are seeking a Senior Producer to join our team. As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for handling and organizing large-scale development and driving production excellence. You will partner with cross-disciplinary team members on the development of features for LEGO Fortnite.

## What you'll do

- Own production of one or more strike teams and be responsible for end-to-end delivery of features and content.

- Partner with discipline leads to determine the time and people necessary to complete projects; Build and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and roadmaps, considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releases.

## What you need

- Experience on AAA games or game platforms from concept to release

- Previous experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in creating and delivering complex projects
