## Description

GitLab is seeking a Senior Website Manager for its about.gitlab.com site. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a performance-based strategy for the site, aligning partners, and overseeing its execution.

The Senior Website Manager will:

- Develop a performance-based strategy and quarterly roadmap for about.gitlab.com, aligned with pipeline and self-serve trial goals

- Set the experimentation roadmap based on business goals and manage the optimization program with User Experience (UX) Design

- Own launch page production for major product launches and events with UX Design, Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Engineering

- Set direction for information architecture and content governance

- Represent content contributors on the content management system (CMS) roadmap and integrate AI into their workflows

- Build a two-way partnership with localization content managers

- Define the site's success metrics and report progress to Marketing leadership

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience owning strategy for a high-traffic B2B SaaS website

- A track record of setting an experimentation roadmap and delivering measurable conversion or pipeline lift

- Experience running website launches across design, content, product marketing, and engineering teams

- Skill at turning analytics, research, and A/B test results into clear priorities

- The ability to lead through influence

- Technical fluency with modern websites and content management systems

- Curiosity about AI and experience using it to improve content or web workflows

The base salary range for this role is $104,800-$176,400 USD.
