## Description

The Expert Practitioner Adults Lawyer role is with the South London Legal Partnership (SLLP), an in-house legal service for several London boroughs. You will work within the Adults Social Care team, advising on matters related to adult social care, mental health, and managing your own caseload of Court of Protection matters.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and experience of relevant legislation covering adult social care, mental health, and the jurisdiction of the Court of Protection. You will be expected to work flexibly and collaboratively within a high-pressure team.

**Responsibilities**

- Advising on a variety of matters relating to adult social care and mental health

- Managing your own caseload of Court of Protection matters
