## Job Overview

As a Sales Support Associate at Wolt, you will play a crucial role in managing the onboarding process for new merchants joining the platform. Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth launch experience for merchants during their first days of operation.

## Key Responsibilities

- Manage the onboarding process for new merchants

- Provide guidance on menu setup, operational readiness, and platform best practices

- Monitor merchant performance and support them in achieving operational and business goals

- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including Commercial, Merchant Services, Operations, and Support

- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and merchant experience

## Requirements

- Experience in customer service or a people-facing business role

- Strong communication and training skills

- Tech-savvy with comfort in learning new tools and systems

- Solution-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills

- Fluency in Albanian and working proficiency in English

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business trips
