We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our Target store located at 240 Market Dr, Elyria, OH 44035-2886.

The starting hourly rate is $16.00 USD per hour, with a pay range of $16.00 USD - $24.00 USD per hour.

**Responsibilities** As a seasonal team member, you will:

- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store

- Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement

- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

**Requirements** To succeed in this role, you should:

- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and other team members

- Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Be able to work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

**Physical Demands** As a seasonal team member, you will be required to:

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and have regular attendance
