## Description

Squishable is looking for a Seasonal Retail Sales Lead to join their team in Fashion Valley, San Diego. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and creating an exceptional experience for every Squishable fan.

The ideal candidate is a natural-born leader who loves the store experience. You are passionate, driven, and highly organized, with a desire to bring happiness to people's lives. You are confident, creative, bright, friendly, adaptable, and able to perform at the highest level consistently.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Store Manager in delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience during the busy holiday season

- Leading the sales floor during peak periods, keeping the team focused on customer service and sales goals

- Driving holiday sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong knowledge of Squishable products

- Supporting seasonal promotions, merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked sales floor

- Managing customer flow and resolving concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach

- Providing day-to-day direction and support to team members and jumping in wherever needed during busy periods

- Supporting opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities, as assigned

Qualifications:

- 1+ year of retail, customer service, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment preferred

- Passion for people and creating a fun, welcoming customer experience

- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to stay positive and flexible during busy periods

- Team player who can motivate others, take initiative, and jump in wherever needed

- Comfortable receiving and providing feedback and helping keep the team focused on shared goals

- Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.

- Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation:

- Pay range is $18.50-$19.00 per hour
