As a Principal Group Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering teams delivering high-quality CRM solutions. You will define architecture for scalable, secure CRM systems and AI integration. You will establish best practices for performance, reliability, and compliance. You will lead AI innovation into the CRM system, overseeing the integration with AI-powered insights and alerts. You will leverage ML model integration for personalization and predictive analytics. You will enable efficient sales workflows powered by AI and agentic solutions. You will ensure delivery excellence, managing execution, prioritizing resources, and aligning with business goals. You will influence cross-org strategy, collaborating with senior leaders to shape product vision and technical investments.

## Accountabilities

- Lead Engineering Teams: Recruit, develop, and manage a team of software engineers delivering high-quality CRM solutions.

- Set Technical Direction: Define architecture for scalable, secure CRM systems and AI integration.

- Establish best practices for performance, reliability, and compliance.

- Lead AI Innovation into the CRM system: Oversee the integration with AI-powered insights and alerts.

- Leverage ML model integration for personalization and predictive analytics.

- Enable efficient sales workflows powered by AI and agentic solutions.

- Ensure Delivery Excellence: Manage execution, prioritize resources, and align with business goals.

- Influence Cross-Org Strategy: Collaborate with senior leaders to shape product vision and technical investments.

## The Candidate we're looking for

**Experience:**

- 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.

- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.

**Technical skills:**

- Solid architectural skills for distributed systems.

- Expertise in Azure.

- Experience with CRM platforms and customer data models.

**Personal attributes:**
