## Description

Kody is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive Revenue Operations Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key part in optimizing sales processes, driving operational efficiency, and empowering go-to-market (GTM) teams.

**Role Overview** The Revenue Operations Manager will work closely with the Commercial team, focusing on system administration, process optimization, and data analytics to enhance overall revenue productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Process Optimization & Sales Support:

- Support and refine end-to-end revenue processes across the sales funnel.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

- Assist with territory allocation, quota tracking, and pipeline management.

- Revenue Analytics & Reporting:

- Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks and dashboards.

- Conduct regular data analysis to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.

- Assist in revenue forecasting, capacity modeling, and KPI tracking.

- Systems & Technology Management:

- Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and consistency across all revenue systems.

- Help integrate GTM platforms and automate routine workflows.

- Support end-user adoption by providing system training and troubleshooting support.

**Requirements**

- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS company.

- Strong, proven hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and communication platforms like Intercom.

- Good understanding of core SaaS metrics and sales workflows.

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- University degree or equivalent practical experience.
