## Description

We are seeking an FM Assistant - Portering to join our team at St Margaret's Hospital in Epping. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for patients, trust staff, and visitors.

**Job Summary:** The FM Assistant - Portering will work 15 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays from 07:00 to 15:30, earning £12.92 per hour (£25,272 per annum pro rata).

**Main Duties:** The FM services comprise cleaning, catering, portering, bed making, and laundering services. You will be responsible for:

- Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in line with National Standards of Cleanliness

- Providing excellent interpersonal and customer skills

- Prioritizing and organizing duties using initiative

- Essential: within a reasonable traveling distance, working visa and residency within the UK, previous experience
