## Description

We are seeking a Buyer, Wearables Tech to join our team at Target. As a Buyer, you will play a critical role in creating omni-channel growth by planning profitable and locally relevant assortments using your grasp of guest shopping behavior, assortment requirements, and competitors.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and buy wearable tech products for in-store and online channels

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category results and manage progress toward sales and margin goals

- Analyze guest shopping behavior, assortment requirements, and competitors to inform buying decisions

- Negotiate with vendors to achieve results and identify gaps and opportunities

- Lead cross-functional teams to drive category results

Requirements:

- Four-year degree or equivalent experience

- 1+ years of Merchandising experience

- Strong strategic and analytical skills to grow a business

- Strong collaboration skills to partner with Cross Functional Teams

- Flexibility, resilience, and comfort working in 'grey areas' that are constantly changing
