## Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Voice Agent Solutions Architect to own end-to-end architecture for AI voice agent solutions across Cisco, GECX, and backend services. You will lead integration and orchestration across telephony, AI, and CX systems to enable real-time interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Defining backend architecture, APIs, and scalability patterns

- Designing conversational flows, state management, and observability frameworks

- Establishing performance standards and optimizing system scalability

- Collaborating with product, engineering, and vendors to drive roadmap and implementation

Requirements:

- 3-5+ years of experience in conversational systems, voice/chat platforms, or AI-driven customer interaction solutions

- Experience with Cisco contact center platforms, GECX/CX, Node.js, and AI-driven conversational or customer interaction platforms

- Strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed, real-time systems, Cisco contact center platforms, CX platforms, Node.js backend architecture, API design, system integration, and event-driven architectures

- Experience building integration layers/services in Node.js and/or Python

- Knowledge of observability, logging, and performance monitoring for real-time systems
