## Description

This position serves as Visa Project Manager for implementation services provided to Clients, including but not limited to, enabling a broad range of products and solutions, supporting complex processing modifications, and general tactical initiatives for Visa clients across the AP region.

As a Consultant, Implementation Services, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and executing high-quality project management support to Visa clients and processors to ensure client expectations are exceeded

- Supporting Advisory Services opportunities to lead and execute high-quality deliveries requiring end-to-end program management covering cross-functional workstreams

- Partnering with clients to analyze business and technical requirements across Visa products and solutions (including APIs), and designing effective implementation strategies

- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders

- Communicating complex, technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner

- Learning and acquiring knowledge in modern technologies in keeping step with market developments

- Applying analytical skills to review appropriateness of technical or project documents and integrate systems solutions

- Focusing on quality enhancement and continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities and implementing scalable, data-driven and/or automation-enabled solutions to improve service quality and efficiency

- Preparing and maintaining detailed project plans, risk/mitigation plans, status reports, and issues logs to enhance internal and external communications

- Representing client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations

- Being an active contributor in the creation of a high-performing, supportive, and inclusive team culture

- Creating good functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

- Owning end-to-end delivery of agreed objectives, proactively managing priorities and workflow

- Assuming appropriate decision-making authorities to ensure flawless execution of project objectives

- Coordinating internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments

- Working off-scheduled hours, including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays, in support of client and company configuration changes and associated post-production validation

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
