## Description

Workable makes software to help companies find and hire great people. We're growing fast and looking for a Product Manager to design, build and roll-out products that deliver Workable's vision and strategy.

As a Product Manager you will:

- Understand user needs and gather feature requests to incorporate them into product roadmap

- Describe the user experience and product features

- Collect and analyse data to validate goals

- Collaborate with the development team

- Track project progress

- Test and accept delivered product features according to user stories

- Coordinate product release launches

- Translate user feedback and research results into recommendations to executive management

- Work with key external partnerships to augment the value of the product

## Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in technical product management

- A track record of managing products through the full lifecycle

- A solid technical foundation, with an understanding of software development and web technologies

- Experience working in Agile product development environments and managing product integrations

- Experience using AI tools

- Strong presentation skills, including experience sharing recommendations with executive leadership

- A BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

## Nice to have

- An MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Experience in HR tech

- Experience conducting direct customer discovery

- Experience managing external partners
