## Description

We're looking for a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join our growing team. As a key member of the global procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic sourcing events and category management while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting market research and gathering supplier information

- Developing sourcing strategies and facilitating sourcing events to optimize the company's spend and drive value

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve enterprise-level procurement solutions and increase supplier management effectiveness

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in indirect sourcing, procurement, category management, or a related field.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will also need to be a team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when required. You will also likely have a builder's mindset and a willingness to question assumptions and conventional wisdom.
