## Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at the GSK site in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, France.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, safety, and compliance of equipment and installations.

Key responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.

- Execute and document preventive maintenance according to site plans and procedures.

- Record and track interventions in GMAO or SAP and validate repairs.

- Participate in regulatory controls and ensure quality and safety requirements are met.

- Propose and implement continuous improvement actions and energy-saving initiatives.

- Contribute to technical shutdowns, start-ups, and new projects with support teams.

Requirements:

- Bac+2 (BTS, DUT, Licence Pro, BUT) in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, mechanics, or climate engineering.

- 5-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a pharmaceutical or food processing environment.

- Knowledge of mechanics, electrotechnics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

- Ability to read plans, diagrams, and technical documentation.

- Proficiency in common computer tools (Word, Excel) and ability to use GMAO/SAP.

- Strict adherence to safety rules and documented procedures.

Preferred skills:

- Experience with automated systems and programmable logic controllers.

- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods (5S, Kaizen, DMAIC).

- Availability for rotating shifts (3x8) and on-call duties/weekends if necessary.

- Technical English for reading documentation and simple exchanges.
