## Description

We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to join our UAE New Verticals Team at Deliveroo, which is now part of DoorDash. As an Account Manager, you will oversee partner relationships, onboard new partners, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with top National and SMB Retail/Non-food partners

- Drive partner performance through proactive reporting, analysis, and improvement projects

- Develop the ‘best in class’ value proposition for customers

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure best practices

- Own the execution of site roll-outs as we scale the proposition

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in account management, business development, or commercial role

- Experience in working within the Retail and/or Pharmacy industry

- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills

- Ability to work with data and make clear recommendations

- Collaborative team player with effective communication skills
