## Description

Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. As a Senior Director, Information Technology, you will be responsible for defining and executing Razer's global IT, digital, and technology enablement strategy. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and partners closely with executive leadership to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value, operational resilience, and strong risk governance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining, owning, and executing Razer's global IT and digital technology roadmap aligned with Razer's corporate strategy and financial objectives.

- Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology direction, investment prioritization, risk posture, and innovation opportunities.

- Driving enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives to improve business agility, scalability, and operational efficiency.

- Establishing clear success metrics, KPIs, and governance for technology initiatives.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

- Owning and continuously evolving Razer's global cybersecurity strategy to safeguard Razer's systems, data, intellectual property, and customer information.

- Providing executive oversight of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), including threat detection, incident response, and recovery.

- Leading cybersecurity incident response planning and investigations, coordinating with Legal, HR, Finance, and external stakeholders as required.

- Ensuring compliance with global data privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements across all regions and systems.

You will also be responsible for:

- Providing executive ownership of enterprise applications including SAP ERP, SAP Commerce, ServiceNow, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Oracle CRM.

- Ensuring enterprise applications are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business strategy and operational requirements.

- Governing application lifecycle management, integrations, data flows, and modernization initiatives.

- Partnering with business stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps, enhancements, and adoption.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing global IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user services to ensure high availability and service quality.

- Owning cloud strategy across Microsoft Azure, Office 365, VMware, and related platforms, including security, governance, and cost optimization.

- Ensuring robust disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity capabilities for mission-critical systems.

- Driving operational excellence through strong service management and continuous improvement.

You will also be responsible for:

- Providing executive ownership for the adoption of AI and intelligent automation across enterprise IT and business operations.

- Establishing governance frameworks, risk controls, guardrails, and responsible-use principles for AI technologies.

- Identifying and prioritizing AI-enabled opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, decision-making, and employee experience.

- Partnering with business and functional leaders to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable value while aligning with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements.

Finally, you will be responsible for:

- Owning global IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial management in close partnership with Finance.

- Ensuring technology investments are prioritized and governed based on strategic value, risk management, and financial discipline.

- Leading vendor strategy, including sourcing, contract negotiation, performance management, and risk oversight.

- Optimizing cloud spend, licensing, and third-party services while maintaining service quality and security.

As a Senior Director, Information Technology, you will lead, mentor, develop, and inspire global IT leaders and teams across infrastructure, applications, security, and operations. You will build strong partnerships with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leadership to ensure technology effectively supports organizational goals. You will communicate complex technology, risk, and investment topics clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders. You will foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
