## What you'll do

You'll be responsible for advising customers on the organization and control of complex infrastructure projects, accompanying wayleave and easement proceedings from Europe's largest infrastructure projects in the energy sector, communicating and acting as a contact person for external and internal interfaces on (PMO disciplines), and possibly taking over partial responsibility for specialist topics within the project.

- Contact with a high number of interfaces

- Process optimization in customer projects

- Intensive control of the commissioned negotiation service providers to the priorities and project tasks in the respective project phase

- Contact person according to escalation procedures

- Work with large databases (data maintenance and exports)

- Quality assurance and guarantee of uniform standards

- Integration into operational internal daily business

## What you need

- First professional experiences, internships or work-study activities in consulting or in the context of linear infrastructure project management

- Project management certification according to IPMA or PMI is a plus

- Experience in negotiations with owners and lessees, especially in the context of infrastructure projects, as well as communication with external service providers is a plus

- Good professional and successful academic background

- First work experience, internships or work-study activities in consulting or a relevant field

- Developed analytical skills and conceptual thinking

- Structured, professional and customer-oriented way of working

- Interest in trends in the energy sector and new technologies

- Team skills and strong communication skills

- Openness and motivation for active idea development and entrepreneurial co-determination

- Negotiation-secure German and English skills in word and writing

- Basic willingness to travel and flexibility
