## Job Overview

As a Sales Specialist, you will be part of Wolt's SMB team in Western Slovenia. This role involves establishing new partnerships, conducting market analysis, and managing stakeholders.

## Responsibilities

### Establish New Partnerships

- Identify potential partnerships and contact suitable partners

- Build relationships with partner owners

- Develop and implement sales strategies

- Conduct negotiations with partners

- Manage a given region and venue portfolio

### Market Analysis

- Evaluate venue potential for profitable business terms

- Make informed business decisions using data

### Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with Development Managers for successful partnerships

- Work with the Onboarding Team Lead on new partner onboarding

- Implement new plans in collaboration with the Team Lead

## Requirements

- Self-starter mindset with hands-on approach

- Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with stakeholders

- Sound business decision-making skills

- Fluency in English and Slovenian

- Based in or near key regional markets in Slovenia
