We are seeking a talented Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As a Beauty Expert, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to clients.

Responsibilities:

* Work at a fast pace to meet and exceed KPIs
* Be motivated to achieve your goals and be the best possible version of yourself
* Build strong relationships with team members and management, contributing to a sense of teamwork in all aspects of the role
* Promote a world-class artistic ability and impeccable customer experience
* Adapt your approach to activities, clients, and opportunities to achieve exceptional success
* Follow our company's personal care standards, knowing what it means to look good and not being afraid to show it

Requirements:

* Ideally, a level 3 professional qualification in Beauty Therapy
* Ideally, some experience as a Sales Advisor
* Aspiring to be part of a beauty brand that revolutionizes the way it is seen and continues to grow
* Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different clients with varying needs
* Promoting positivity and being able to think without limits to shine your energy
* Receiving constructive feedback positively and taking action easily
