## Description

We are seeking a Director, Category Management to lead initiatives that drive growth and profitability across various categories. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of initiatives that impact the profit and loss statement, working closely with cross-functional teams including growth, product, engineering, clinical, pharmacy, regulatory, and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning the biggest levers on the P&L across acquisition, retention, and new-treatment launches

- Driving growth and retention through partnerships with growth and lifecycle teams

- Shaping the tech product roadmap with product and engineering

- Launching and scaling new treatments

- Delivering a premium, empathetic, and destigmatizing customer experience

- Leading cross-functional execution and managing performance

Requirements:

- 7+ years in category management, strategy & operations, general management, or a related role

- Track record of owning high-stakes initiatives or a P&L and driving measurable outcomes

- Demonstrated success launching and scaling new products or programs

- Experience managing a portfolio and roadmap

- Sharp analytical and financial fluency

- Cross-functional leadership skills

- Bias to action and ambition to grow into a GM role

Preferred qualifications:

- DTC, telehealth, or consumer health experience

- Regulated healthcare products, pharmacy operations, or compounding experience

- People management experience

- Looker / Amplitude fluency
