We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 70 Worcester Providence Tpke #100, Millbury, MA 01527-2652.

The starting hourly rate is $18.00 USD per hour, with a pay range of $18.00 USD - $27.00 USD per hour.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

As a seasonal team member, you will:

- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store

- Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement

- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

**Requirements**

We are looking for individuals who:

- Are excited about working in a fun and energetic environment

- Enjoy providing excellent service to guests

- Are able to stock, set, and sell Target products

- Are not looking for a traditional Monday-to-Friday job with a computer-based role

**Essential Skills**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve guest questions quickly

**Additional Expectations**

As a team member, you will also be expected to:

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

- Maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate regular attendance
