As an Assistant Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Store Manager to cultivate a high-performing, customer-focused team that shares a passion for our world-class products and playful interactions. You'll lead a positive team culture, support the Store Manager in building connections within the local community, and contribute to managing the store's finances.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working closely with the Store Manager to bring exciting ideas to life and build an exemplary in-store team

- Supporting the Store Manager in building a team of customer-focused individuals who are enthusiastic about enhancing the overall shopping experience

- Assisting in nurturing a customer-centric team through training sessions, feedback, and leadership

- Delegating to your management team to achieve customer and store needs

- Thinking creatively to achieve success while innovating and collaborating with your team

- Contributing to managing store finances, including setting annual budgets, driving sales, and controlling staffing levels and stock

- Maintaining a beautiful store with effective merchandising, high standards of cleanliness, and strong stock management

- Developing relationships within your local community to enhance the customer experience

- Actively engaging in personal development through training opportunities, collaboration with other teams, and gaining exposure to other stores and business aspects

- Creating and facilitating a shopping experience that encourages your team to make customers' days

- Taking on projects to make positive changes and add your unique touch to help the store thrive and grow
