## Description

We’re Workday, a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. We're seeking a Senior Architect to join our Digital Employee Experience team.

As a Senior Architect, you will define the architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap for our endpoints (Windows, Mac) collaboration and productivity tools. You will collaborate closely with the BT architecture team, engineers, product managers, and partners across the organization to ensure our DEX solutions meet the evolving needs of our workforce.

**Responsibilities:**

- Define and maintain the overall technical architecture for the digital employee experience portfolio

- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions for new initiatives and enhancements

- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to find opportunities to improve our DEX solutions

- Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to understand business requirements

- Ensure that all architectural designs adhere to security standard methodologies and compliance requirements

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams

- Communicate architectural vision, designs, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences

**Requirements:**

- 8+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise architecture, solution design, and implementation

- 8+ years of technical expertise in at least three of: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Enterprise messaging platforms, Intranet solutions, End-user device management

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

**Nice to Have:**

- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field

- Experience with work management/PPM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira)

- Experience working in Agile development environments

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect)

- Strong understanding of AI and cloud computing concepts and architectures
