## Description

We are looking for a Network Supply Manager to handle operational procurement activities for Nebius' network infrastructure and data-center projects across the United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, proposal evaluation, commercial negotiations, contract execution, purchase orders, invoice processing, payment tracking, and supplier onboarding

- Working closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Data Center, and other internal teams to ensure procurement activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with Nebius procurement policies

- Procuring services including IP Transit, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Data Center Interconnect (DCI), Dark Fiber, wavelength services (DWDM), Managed Optical Fiber Networks (MOFN), colocation, cross-connects, Remote Hands, and Network as a Service (NaaS)

- Supporting the sourcing, purchase, leasing, transfer, and commercial evaluation of IPv4 and IPv6 address resources

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT procurement, telecommunications procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement operations

- Experience with supplier sourcing, RFQs, proposal evaluation, and commercial negotiations

- Experience using ERP, procure-to-pay, or procurement-management systems

- General understanding of telecommunications, network connectivity, and data-center services

- Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, with a base compensation range of $100,000-$140,000 USD.
