## Description

This 10.5-week full-time internship program provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities.

The program will run from May 24th to August 4th, 2027, and is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office (Hartford, CT, Woonsocket, RI, or Dallas, TX) and 2 days remote.

The hourly rate is $26/hr with 40 hours/week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave.

You will contribute to the success of your team while focusing on project management, business consultation, and strategic thinking skills in addition to building your knowledge and understanding of the healthcare system.

Examples of past internship projects include:

- Supported Aetna national value-based contracting

- Supported portfolio and roadmap management

- Supported cross-functional collaboration and operational initiatives

- Evaluated sales trends and merchandising strategies

Required Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing bachelor's degree

- Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028

- Major in one of the following fields: business, management, healthcare management, finance, accounting, economics, public health, health sciences, leadership studies, marketing, human resources, communications, or psychology

- Demonstrated leadership experience

- Willingness to relocate to the office locations listed above

Preferred Qualifications:

- Outcomes-focused and collaborative team member

- Internship or work experience in related fields such as business or healthcare

- Interest in applying for the full-time General Management Development Program within CVS Health upon graduation

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
