## Description

Join our motivated, high-performance, and diverse team in our Bari office.

This role is limited to 6 months and perfect if you are just starting your career or want to gain first experience in the Sales & Account Management field!

As a Sales Assistant, you will proactively connect with vacation rental hosts, introducing them to Holidu and generating new business opportunities for our Sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Initiate conversations with potential partners, understand their needs, and show how Holidu can help them grow their rental business.

- Qualify interested hosts and support Sales Representatives in moving opportunities forward, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding stage.

- Take part in outbound sales initiatives and targeted campaigns to expand Holidu’s host network in the Italian market.

- Continuously learn and develop your sales skills while contributing to building a strong pipeline of future partners.

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills and the confidence to start conversations with new people.

- Resilience and curiosity. You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to improve every day.

- Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to stay focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Near-native Italian and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
