## Description

Working as a Category Site Merch Lead, Refresh at Target means leading end-to-end refreshes of category sites to create seamless online shopping experiences. You will execute high-impact refreshes built on a structured three-phase process: Guest Persona & Behavior Definition, Experience Diagnostic, and Cross-Funnel Strategy Development. Your responsibilities include:

- Leading end-to-end execution of Category Refreshes

- Ensuring every refresh is executed with rigor, quality, and adherence to established methodology

- Producing polished, enterprise-ready Fact Packs

- Building detailed guest personas for each category

- Conducting funnel analysis and customer journey mapping

- Assessing how Target's current digital experience satisfies guest needs

- Translating diagnostic findings into prioritized, cross-funnel strategies

- Communicating findings and refresh results broadly across the organization
