## Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at IQVIA Health System Services (HSS) in Leipzig, Germany.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our clients in the healthcare industry. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues related to telematics infrastructure (TI).

Key responsibilities include:

- Resolving incidents and service requests related to TI

- Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues in a fast-paced environment

- Conducting remote maintenance and coordinating with medical practices and service providers

- Coordinating practice moves, relocations, and new openings

- Documenting tickets and solutions in our ticket system

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Completed IT training or equivalent qualification

- Experience in IT support or service desk

- Strong knowledge of Windows, networks, and remote support

- Structured, service-oriented, and independent work style

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Very good German language skills

Preferred qualifications include:

- Knowledge of telematics infrastructure (TI), KIM, ePA, or eRezept

- Experience in the healthcare industry or medical practice environment
