## Description

Float is looking for a Product Operations Manager to work alongside the team building its corporate card and spend management products. The successful candidate will be responsible for sizing opportunities, building business cases, and owning reporting to inform product and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities include:

- Sizing and building business cases for roadmap initiatives

- Owning reporting and dashboards for the product area

- Turning customer and field feedback into a prioritization signal

- Leading analysis for major investment decisions

- Building AI-assisted workflows to improve research, synthesis, and reporting

- Partnering with data engineering to get necessary data

- Writing SQL for data analysis

- Surfacing risks and trade-offs early

Requirements:

- 3-6 years in product operations, strategy and operations, growth operations, consulting, or a similar analytical role

- Strong SQL and spreadsheet modelling skills

- Experience building business cases and reporting

- Practical AI fluency

- Comfort working across multiple stakeholders
