## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Portfield Retail Park, Chichester. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapting to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. This is a part-time, seasonal role, working Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 18:00 to 22:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
