## Description

As a Global Supply Planner at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will play a key operational role in delivering world-class product availability for the brand.

You will use data, parameters, and systems to manage replenishment decisions and processes, while utilizing excellent relationship management skills to gain supplier support.

Responsibilities:

- Manage availability in regional warehouses in line with region-specific active catalogues

- Translate the demand plan into an actionable supply plan

- Handle transactional processes within systems that support order call-off and time-based updates on inventory status and availability

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and coordinate supply deployment across regional markets

- Monitor supply availability and proactively resolve deployment constraints and shortages

- Drive deployment decisions during supply shortages based on business priorities and allocation rules

- Track deployment KPIs, including service levels, inventory health, stock availability, and deployment adherence

- Build strong relationships with global teams across operations, commercial, procurement, and NPD

- Communicate risks and opportunities against stock profiles

- Manage day-to-day supplier releases into regions to monitor over/under/late/early deliveries

- Contribute to process improvement and standardization of ways of working

- Participate in the S&OP process through planning insights, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration

Requirements:

- Supply Chain Planning experience

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills

- Advanced Excel user

- Attention to detail and ability to challenge and spot errors

- Proven analytical skills

- Ability to work at pace and prioritize tasks

- Resourceful in ambiguous situations

- Ability to grasp complex matters quickly

- Rapidly build trustful relationships with a broad range of stakeholders

- Anticipate the future and plan ahead
