## Description

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team. As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal support on product development, BAU matters, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide legal support on product development, including drafting and reviewing insurance policy provisions and marketing documentation

- Advise on the design of products and sales journeys via all channels

- Provide advice and support on BAU matters, including general drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and reinsurance contracts

- Monitor and advise on legal and regulatory developments in insurance law

- Provide updates and training on legal developments to staff

- Provide legal input on relevant regulatory consultation papers

- Responsible for records management

**Requirements:**

- LLB degree holder and qualified Hong Kong solicitor with at least 3 years' relevant experience from reputable financial institutions or law firms

- Good knowledge of HK insurance regulations and industry practice would be an advantage

- Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
