## Description

As a Shift Lead - Fashion, Home & Beauty at Marks & Spencer in Newtownbreda, you will lead the fill operation, ensuring the salesfloor is ready to trade, and take operational responsibility for coordinating resource to Serve, Sell, and Fill.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating resource to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation

- Leading the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way, and driving productivity in readiness for store opening

- Allocating resource effectively to deliver a quick payment experience

- Enabling daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently across the store

- Coordinating the team to deliver a clean, safe, and well-presented store

- Role modelling great Customer Service and the M&S behaviours and Colleague Expectations

- Supporting Colleague Managers by sharing observations of colleagues to help deliver high performance and recognise great colleagues

- Supporting nearby stores if operationally required

- Being a key holder and answering call outs as required

- Performing tasks related to the opening and closing of the building

This is a part-time, flexible shift role.
