## Description

We are seeking a Dealer Analyst to join our team at American Honda Motor Company. As a Dealer Analyst, you will provide customer support to dealership parts managers, resolving parts-related inquiries via phone and email. You will work closely with our internal DPSM's field operations, ensuring dealer compliance with Parts System Guide (PSG) policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service to dealers regarding parts ordering, order status, and returns

- Monitor and process manual OAR claims, investigate dealer rejection disputes, and review documentation

- Handle inbound ACD coverage, answering calls, researching, and responding to internal and external customers

- Identify and resolve publication and parts errors

- Communicate with dealers regarding parts quality and manufacturing-related issues

- Coordinate group concerns and assist dealers with complex technical questions

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred

- 3-5 years of related experience in customer service or a similar field

- Proficiency with customer service tools and moderate problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Ability to handle moderate caseloads
