Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp. The GrabFood Growth and Strategy team is the growth engine of GrabFood, focusing on Grab Marketing Service (GMS), Campaign, and Monetization.

The Assistant Manager, GMS and Campaign - Food role involves a balance of advanced analytics, project management, and stakeholder management. You will lead projects from designing marketing packages to monitoring campaign performance and creating performance reports.

Key responsibilities:

- Analyze merchant and customer data to identify growth areas for Grab Marketing Service

- Develop marketing packages tailored to each merchant segment

- Conduct experiments to measure package impact and adjust as needed

- Price packages using appropriate methods and data

- Create go-to-market strategies, including pitch decks and marketing communication plans

- Design operational processes and execute plans

- Create campaign dashboards and reports to track performance

- Develop contingency plans for uncertain circumstances

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

- Up to 3 years of experience in a related field, such as tech industry, e-commerce, or consulting

- Proficiency in processing and analyzing complex datasets using Excel and Tableau

- Working knowledge of SQL

- A quantitative background with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights and actionable business strategies

- Proven track record in end-to-end project execution and stakeholder alignment

- Professional proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English
